Stefano Morelli, born in Naples in 1982, is an Italian singer-songwriter known for his poetic storytelling and global influences. Living between Berlin and Barcelona for over a decade, Morelli found inspiration in the stories and cultures around him, which shaped his introspective lyrics and soulful music. Since founding Vayu HouseConcerts in Naples in 2010, he has created an intimate platform for music lovers. In 2014, he released his debut EP Split under the label Lapidarie Incisioni. He has recorded collaborations with fellow Italians Gnut and Dario Sansone as well as Mauritanian musician Daby Touré.

On “Un attimo di sogno” (A Moment of Dreaming), from his 2024 debut album Tales in a Bag, Morelli reflects on missed opportunities, a sense of urgency against the passage of time, and finding brief solace in fleeting dreams despite lingering regret. “I think of how much I put off / Losing things I never sought / I try to run against the wind / Before there's no more time left / And I wish I could think / That it’s not too late / But then I settle / For a moment of dreaming.”
