“Galega de Sol” (Blonde of the Sun), a collaboration with the band Mestre Madruguinha, is a laid-back tribute to the peaceful joy of spending time by the sea, where the breeze, waves, and saltwater offer healing and renewal. “I didn’t know / That you liked coming here / Seeing you here made me smile / Happy with my thoughts / I know we come here / To talk with the sea / Surely the salt water is what will heal us / And the waves that pass quickly / Just like life itself / Will sweep away all the pain.”
