Léona Cosa is a French singer, songwriter, painter, and actress whose Sicilian and Ukrainian heritage enriches her artistic expression. Inspired by the soulful melodies of Amy Winehouse and the biting lyrics of French hip-hop star Diam’s, Cosa’s passion for music began with casual after-hours performances at Paris’ Bus Palladium club, where she showcased her unique vocal tone for friends. Her debut EP, Autre.s-Monde.s (2023), produced in collaboration with Thibault Wagner, earned attention for its emotional depth and originality. Léona Cosa also excels in visual and theatrical arts, exhibiting her paintings in 2019 and earning acclaim for her play Fillettes in 2021. Her forthcoming album, Téméraire, blends fragments of historical recordings, Middle Eastern flavors, and spoken word.

Léona Cosa released “Dammi Un Bacio” (Give Me a Kiss) as a single in 2024. The song captures the energy of a seductive encounter, where the singer demands authenticity, playfulness, and a slow, meaningful connection—or a swift goodbye. Cosa sings in French and Italian, “Don't tell me Buona notte / 'Cause it's just getting started / You're gonna end up slipping / Taste the Sicilian pride.”
