“Head Und” features singing by Mari Kalkun, an internationally recognized Estonian artist known for combining traditional music with contemporary themes. Its lyrics use layered natural imagery to create a dreamlike journey through landscapes, leading to a sense of mystery and wonder beyond what’s seen. It offers a gentle farewell or lullaby, where Kasuk and Kalkun’s voices become guiding forces of comfort and light in the night. “Behind the curtain is a mountain / And above the mountains is a cloud / Behind the cloud is a forest / And behind the forest is a completely different weather.”
