Welcome to Putumayo Kids, the children’s and educational division of Putumayo World Music! The Putumayo Kids collection is a unique resource for teachers, providing upbeat and culturally authentic music enhanced by educational multilingual liner notes, free downloadable teaching guides and song lyrics. The CDs and activity kits have won numerous national awards, and regularly make the “Best of the Year” lists in educational and parenting magazines.
Putumayo Kids is pleased to present teaching guides to enhance the use of our CDs in the classroom or in the home. Developed in conjunction with Citylore, each guide contains 3 creative activities that incorporate Putumayo Kids' diverse music into geography, social studies and arts curricula.

The World Playground Activity Kit and the Latin Playground Activity Kit feature fun and educational multicultural activities for children and families. These musical adventures continue Putumayo's commitment to fostering multicultural awareness through music.
All Kits feature a full-length CD, Sing-a-long lyrics and translations, more than 50 hands-on activities, reproducible pages, "cut, color and paste" artwork and a Children's Passport Journal. Recommended Ages: 4-12 years old and elementary schools. Our Activity Kits support National Standards.
